Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and efficiency.

First Shift: 5:30AM-2PM M-F with overtime and weekends as needed.

Salary or Hourly: $80,000-$100,000/Year

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, systems, and facilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
• Repair or replace defective components and parts
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with operations teams to support production goals
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or glass production preferred
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing mixers, ovens, fryers, and conveyor systems is required
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and practices
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

• May require standing, bending, lifting, and working with machinery
