Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our auditing team and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of GAAP and have experience working with not-for-profit organizations and C-Corporations. This role will involve managing audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for various clients, including not-for-profits and C-Corporations.
• Develop and execute audit plans, ensuring adherence to GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
• Review and finalize audit reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all findings and recommendations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for audit-related inquiries.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, with a focus on GAAP compliance.
• Experience working with not-for-profit organizations and C-Corporations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
