What You Will Be Doing

• Managing teams on large ground-up and renovation construction projects
• Being responsible for projects from start to finish
• Working with upper management and Senior PMs to ensure job safety and completion
• Developing and building strong teams for each project while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, delivering on time, and delivering within budget
• Driving division profitability through effective project execution
• Developing and leading project management technical and schedule goals, procurement and contractual requirements, personnel assignments, and capacity planning
• Evaluating and continually improving systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability goals
• Reviewing overall contractual requirements for all projects and specific construction methodologies as required
• Ensuring schedule requirements are met for all projects and adjusting priorities and milestones based on changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements
• Interacting with customers to validate expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completion
• Managing the project review process with emphasis on financial forecasting
• Ensuring high-quality construction, documentation, and project delivery
• Proactively and systematically communicating challenges, risks, and successes

What You Need for This Position

• 3+ years of general construction project management experience
• Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects
• Demonstrated ability to run a profitable project portfolio
• Strong initiative, execution, and communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills
