Remote Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation, providing legal advice, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in medical malpractice cases in court and during settlement negotiations
• Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to medical malpractice
• Prepare legal documents including briefs, motions, and discovery requests
• Advise clients on legal rights and options regarding medical malpractice claims
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and medical professionals to build strong defense cases
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all communications and legal proceedings
• Stay updated on current trends and changes in medical malpractice law and regulations

Qualifications:

• Jurisdictional license to practice law in California (California Bar)
• Proven experience as a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney
• Strong knowledge of medical malpractice law and legal procedures
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
