An established firm based in Los Angeles, California with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This role involves handling employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases in both state and federal courts.

Active California Bar membership in good standing 3+ years of experience handling employment litigation matters Experience with wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Experience managing cases through discovery, motion practice, and depositions Ability to work independently while collaborating with a litigation team
Handle all phases of employment litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions including demurrers, motions to dismiss, and summary judgment motions Conduct and defend depositions and manage written discovery Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences Advise clients on employment law compliance and litigation risk Collaborate with partners and associates on complex employment litigation strategies
