Job Description

We are seeking talented Platform Backend Engineers across Mid, Senior, and Staff levels to build and enhance scalable cloud platforms, developer tools, automation frameworks, and backend services used across the organization. This role is ideal for engineers who combine strong software engineering skills with cloud, platform, and DevOps expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and platform components.
  • Build reusable tools, products, and automation solutions that improve developer productivity.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
  • Build and support cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Improve platform reliability, observability, security, and governance.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern engineering practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges.


Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong programming experience in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation.
  • Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture experience.
  • Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Pulumi, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or ELK.
  • Strong problem-solving and automation mindset.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI/LLMs, Copilot, Bedrock, RAG, Agents, MCP, or related AI technologies.
  • Experience building developer platforms, internal tooling, or reusable engineering services.
  • SRE, reliability engineering, security, and governance experience.


Certification Requirement (Mandatory)

Candidates must possess at least one of the following certifications:

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Google Cloud Digital Leader


Experience Levels

  • Platform Engineer: 2-5 years
  • Senior Platform Engineer: 5-8 years
  • Staff Platform Engineer: 8+ years


Ideal Candidate: A software engineer first, with strong coding skills, cloud expertise, platform engineering experience, and a passion for building scalable solutions through automation and innovation.
