About Sagra

Sagra is a new, unpretentious neighborhood wine bar in the heart of East Atlanta Village. Inspired by Italian harvest festivals, we focus on dynamic low-intervention wines, curated charcuterie and tinned fish, and traditional Roman-style sourdough artisan pizzas.

Because we are a lean team, everyone will wear multiple hats.

The Role

We are seeking curious, reliable support staff to assist our service and culinary team during service.

What you’ll do:

• Support service by polishing glassware, clearing tables and making sure our team has the support they need to meet our service standards.
• Execute station setup, service, and closing procedures with precision and high sanitation standards.
• Operate our dish machine as needed.
• Run food and know our menu.
• Collaborate closely across the entire floor—we operate as one team where FOH and BOH support each other.
