Bar Manager

Aleeza’s is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar program, beverage operations, and bar team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and service

• Recruit, train, schedule, and lead bartenders

• Maintain beverage quality and service standards

• Manage liquor, wine, and beer inventory and ordering

• Monitor beverage costs, waste, and operational controls

• Ensure an exceptional bar and guest experience

Qualifications

• Bar or restaurant management experience required

• Upscale or fine-dining experience preferred

• Strong cocktail, wine, and beverage knowledge

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
