Monster Beverage - - Responsibilities: Direct daily batching operations to meet safety, quality, and production schedules; Oversee sanitation and batching departments and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP; Verify batching equipment cleanliness and conduct ATP swab testing; Perform CIP, wash, and teardown of batching tanks and related equipment; Analyze batching yields and ERP data, implement process improvements, and train staff on SOPs
