BCBA Senior Clinical Supervisor

Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) - Milwaukee, WI

Seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to step into a leadership role overseeing complex cases and providing mentorship to clinical teams. This position is designed for an experienced BCBA who can work independently, exercise strong clinical judgment, and manage their caseload with minimal supervision.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (In-Clinic)

Compensation: Competitive yearly base + Annual performance bonus (paid monthly)

Sign-On Bonus: Available

Relocation allowance: Available

Job Duties:

• Manage a caseload of ABA clients with autonomy and accountability
• Lead clinical assessments and develop advanced treatment plans
• Mentor and support newer BCBAs and behavior technicians
• Provide caregiver and staff training to ensure treatment fidelity
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high clinical standards and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (required)
• BCBA certification and Wisconsin license (or willingness to obtain)
• 2-3+ years of clinical ABA supervision experience
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and independently manage caseloads
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience working with individuals with autism.
