BMW of Arlington is seeking an experienced and driven BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and help drive continued growth in sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the dealership's Business Development Center
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate BDC representatives
- Monitor inbound and outbound call performance
- Ensure timely follow-up on internet, phone, and digital leads
- Drive appointment-setting and appointment-show rates
- Track KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance
- Work closely with sales management to maximize lead conversion
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Develop and enforce BDC best practices and processes
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive BDC Manager experience required
- Proven success leading a dealership BDC team
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and lead management processes
- Experience with internet sales, digital retailing, and customer follow-up strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze reports and drive performance through accountability
