We are seeking talented, energetic individuals to join our Flex Team as Brand Ambassadors. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing CORE Foodservice and its brand partners at the GFS Fall Show in Grand Rapids. This two-day event is a prime opportunity to showcase our products and create a lasting impression on attendees. Your energy and passion will be instrumental in driving engagement and building relationships with industry professionals.

Event: GFS Fall Show Grand Rapids

Location: Grand Rapids, MI 49503

Activation Date(s): October 6 October 7, 2026 (two-day activation)

Show Time: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM

Staffing Need: 6 Brand Ambassadors + 2 Back-Ups

Pay Rate: $20.00

Pay Schedule: This is a W-2 position; pay is processed weekly. Applicants must be available to work the full scheduled shift on the activation date(s).

Responsibilities

• Represent CORE Foodservice and brand partners with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• Engage attendees, initiate conversations, and provide product insights and samples.
• Support booth operations, ensuring a well-organized and inviting space.
• Assist with product demonstrations to create an immersive experience.
• Gather attendee feedback and maintain a positive, friendly ambiance throughout the event.

Qualifications

• Professional, polished demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
• Energetic and passionate about food and brand representation.
• Able to connect with diverse attendees and build rapport.
• Comfortable standing for the full shift and working in a busy event environment.
• Prior brand ambassador, event, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the venue and a smartphone for app-based scheduling and timekeeping.
