In this role, you will engage with customers, educate them about our wide range of cannabis offerings, and help them find the perfect products to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Educate customers on the benefits, effects, and proper usage of various cannabis products.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and local regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the dispensary.

Salary

$18 - $20 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- A passion for cannabis and a desire to educate others about its benefits.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Desired Skills

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
- Previous experience as a Budtender or in a similar role within the cannabis industry.
- Knowledge of local cannabis laws and regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
