  • Actively network, pitch EPMPoint’s digital capabilities, generate interest, and gather qualified contact details from prospective clients and partners.
3. Capability Presentations & Sales Enablement
  • Deliver compelling introductory presentations showcasing EPMPoint’s digital transformation case studies, cloud services, and technical strengths.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to tailor pitch decks, capability sheets, and value propositions for commercial buyers and public sector stakeholders.

  • Help assemble proposal content, Statements of Work (SOWs), past performance write-ups, and responses to Sources Sought/RFIs/RFPs.
5. CRM Administration & Reporting
  • Act as an active administrator and data steward for the company CRM system.
  • Maintain complete and timely records of every touchpoint, lead status, meeting summary, follow-up milestone, and deal stage to give leadership real-time visibility into the pipeline.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Employment Status: Must be willing to work as a direct, full-time W2 employee.
  • Work Authorization & Clearance Eligibility: Must be independently eligible to support federal client contracts and obtain government suitability or facility credentials as required by client projects. • DMV Residency: Must currently reside within the Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, or Suburban Maryland area, with reliable transportation for frequent regional events, client briefings, and meetings.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in business development, sales development (SDR/BDR), inside sales, or capture support.
  • Outbound & Pitching Skills: Demonstrated confidence cold-calling prospects, conducting discovery conversations, running slide presentations, and staffing event booths.
  • Tool Fluency: Hands-on experience working with standard CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) and Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
