Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate, your main focus will be driving new business by building connections with senior-level executives across a range of Fortune 500 organizations. In this role, you'll introduce DB&A's consulting approach, spark interest in our services, and coordinate meetings for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales within designated territories. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Compensation includes a starting base salary of $53,000 during the first 90 days. After 90 days, compensation increases based on performance and progression: $55,000 Business Development Representative, $61,000 Business Development Manager, $85,000 Business Development Specialist. Earn $200$300 for each qualified meeting set and completed. Uncapped commission potential.

Schedule offers multiple shift options with flexible start times, half days on Tuesdays and Fridays, and full-time hours with no weekend work.

Key responsibilities include representing DB&A professionally as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating our business model and the value of our consulting services to executive-level prospects, scheduling and confirming meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, conducting research and maintaining accurate prospect data within the CRM, consistently meeting or exceeding daily performance goals, tracking and reporting activity metrics, and effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required, prior experience in inside sales, ideally in a high-volume setting, demonstrated success in B2B sales, strong organizational and time management skills, experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), solid problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
