Youll spend your day prospecting, qualifying, and setting meetings with potential vendor partners in the healthcare and specialty markets. As the front line of our sales effort, youll directly influence pipeline volume, the speed at which we grow, and the strength of our vendor network.Who You AreMotivated, coachable, and want a real career in salesNot afraid of the phone, the cold email, or the LinkedIn DMBounce back quickly from a no and stay focused on the next outreachOrganized enough to run multiple outreach campaigns without losing track of who said whatCurious about how businesses work and genuinely want to understand the people youre selling toTake feedback well and apply it fastBring energy and consistency every day, not just on the days you feel like itWhat Youll DoYoull own the front end of our vendor sales motion, including:Researching and identifying 100+ prospective vendors in healthcare and specialty marketsRunning outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and trade event follow-upQualifying inbound and outbound opportunities to determine fit for LeasePoints vendor programsSetting at least 10 new qualified vendor meetings per month for senior Sales teamPartnering closely with senior sellers to ensure smooth handoff and continuity through the sales cycleSupporting the BD team with prep work for presentations, proposals, and vendor program outlinesRepresenting LeasePoint at selected trade shows, vendor meetings, and industry events to generate new leadsMaintaining accurate, current records in HubSpot, including contacts, activities, and pipeline progressContinuously refining outreach messaging and strategies based on whats working in the market This job description is intended to describe the general nature of the role and is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities.
