Related Experience


  • Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience preferred)
  • Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud)Experience with IT ticketing system for stakeholder management of system issues and requests
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field, with specific experience in establishing and driving continuous improvement of CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems in a regulated environment
