Fantastic career development opportunity within Automotive Sales - We are looking for candidates with previous retail and sales experience who are looking for a career change and would like to work with one of the most successful Independent dealer groups in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Produce results and achieve sales targets in unit sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying experience.
• Prospect and create opportunities, deal with incoming enquiries to the branch.
• Work as part of a team and deliver on individual sales targets.

About you

• Unrivalled desire to produce results with a proven track record in sales.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, flexible, dedicated and committed.
• Great interpersonal, negotiating and customer service skills.
• Strong desire to be part of a winning team.
• Motivation to exceed customer expectations.
• Full UK Driving Licence (required).
• Willingness to work weekends, including Saturday and every other Sunday (5‑6 day rota).

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent (required).
• At least 1 year sales experience (required).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
