Specific Job Function

The role involves customer setup and coordination, installation coordination, equipment ordering and logistics, and billing and progress payments.

Qualifications

Required education includes a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial billing, customer account management, or a related role is required. Proficiency in billing systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
