Cashier/Customer Service Leader - Chick-fil-A Stapley Drive

Pay Type:

• Starting at $16/hour for part-time, up to $17/hour for experienced cook and full-time

Position Type:

• Shifts available between 4:45 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Monday to Saturday
• Part-time employees must be available Fridays and Saturdays
• Full-time employee must have open availability for either day or evening shift

Requirements:

• Must be 17 years or older
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work at a fast, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Customer service oriented

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a positive attitude and service-minded heart with every interaction with the customer and team.
• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
• Take orders quickly and accurately using cash registers at the counter or iPads in the drive-thru
• Look for opportunities to restock or clean when not serving a customer
• Check product quality and consistency
• Help leaders in executing opening or closing procedures
• Willingness to assist in all stations in the front of the house, such as monitor, dining room, or window work
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Complete all assigned tasks
