This is a commission-based, independent contractor role focused on storm damage identification and appointment setting.Core ResponsibilitiesKnock doors in assigned neighborhoods and identify homeowners with potential storm or hail damagePresent 417 Roofing Solutions to homeowners in a friendly, professional mannerSet qualified appointments for the sales/inspection teamTrack all doors knocked, contacts made, and appointments set dailyFollow up with assigned leads as directedRepresent the company with integrity and professionalism at all timesPerformance ExpectationsMinimum 2 qualified appointments set per shiftAccurate and timely reporting of daily activityPunctual, reliable, and self-directed in the fieldMaintain a positive attitude and professional appearanceCompensation$50 per qualified appointment sat by the inspection team$250 bonus per job signed from canvasser-generated leadsPaid on a per-performance basis; no guaranteed hourly wageRequirementsMust be 18 or olderReliable transportationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in outdoor environmentsMust be available at least 3 afternoons per week (37 PM preferred)
