Here, youll be supported in progressing whatever your ambitions./ppAs a Capital Sales Representative in the Urology division, you will partner with Field Sales to drive revenue growth across capital equipment, service contracts, and related disposables. Youll support Regional Managers (RMs) and Business Partners (BPs) in exceeding regional goals, while enhancing team knowledge, efficiency, and productivity. This role also involves coaching sales representatives and supporting administrative management functions./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliCollaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to drive capital equipment, service contracts, and related disposable revenue across the Urology division./liliCoach and support Territory Managers and Business Partners through field rides, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with regional and national goals./liliDevelop and execute strategic sales plans for new product launches, pricing packages, and service delivery models tailored to customer needs./liliConduct customer meetings and presentations to assess clinical requirements, demonstrate product value, and secure purchasing commitments./liliMonitor sales performance using analytics and reporting tools, adjusting strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets./liliPartner cross-functionally with Contracting, Finance, Sales Operations, and Training to streamline capital sales processes and improve team productivity./liliStay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer expectations to guide sales strategy and maintain market leadership./liliSupport administrative tasks including expense management, inventory oversight, and documentation of team performance and development./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications/pulliBachelors degree/liliMinimum 5 years of medical device sales experience/liliMinimum 3 years of capital equipment sales experience/liliFamiliarity with the Urology customer base preferred/liliDemonstrated leadership and credibility with local teams/liliStrong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills/liliEffective communication and interpersonal skills across all BSC divisions/liliAbility to manage conflict and lead change/liliProject management experience/liliEnergetic, organized, and goal-oriented/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliIBHRE certification/liliPrior management experience/li/ulpThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $98,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
