Northwest Permanente | Oregon and Southwest Washington Join a Connected Team in the Heart of the Pacific Northwest Northwest Permanente is seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist with sub-specialty training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology to join a collaborative, physician-led team in Oregon and Southwest Washington. This is a rare opportunity to practice advanced heart failure, MCS, transplant cardiology, shock, and general cardiology with a team that genuinely enjoys working together to care for patients. You'll be part of a supportive group of 24 cardiologists and a dedicated advanced heart failure team in one of the most adventurous regions in the country, with mountains, rivers, forests, coastlines, bike trails, food, wine, and year-round outdoor life all within reach. Why This Role Stands Out Join an advanced heart failure team with

four advanced heart failure-boarded cardiologists , LVAD coordinators, a transplant coordinator, and a social worker.

Collaborate across cardiothoracic surgery, structural and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and pulmonary critical care.

Help grow an established

LVAD program at Sunnyside Medical Center , one of only two LVAD programs in the Kaiser Permanente system.

Care for transplant patients through an integrated model with

Kaiser Permanente's National Transplant Services and external Centers of Excellence.

Participate in cath lab procedures, including right heart catheterization with vasoreactivity challenge and endomyocardial biopsies, with optional TEE coverage.

Enjoy a

balanced advanced heart failure call and inpatient rotation,

with night call limited to advanced heart failure.
