This 186-licensed-bed facility maintains established clinical protocols and the infrastructure necessary to support outpatient cardiovascular disease management on an on-site basis. The institution is structured to accommodate locum tenens clinicians providing clinic-based cardiovascular coverage. Clinical resources and support staff are in place to facilitate effective care delivery throughout the assignment period.

California offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of regional attractions and outdoor recreational opportunities throughout the state. From national parks and scenic natural landscapes to coastal destinations and cultural venues, the state provides diverse year-round activities suited to varied interests. Clinicians will find options for leisure and exploration across multiple distinct regions during their time on assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient cardiovascular disease management on a day shift basis at an on-site clinic in California, with no call obligations required. Clinical responsibilities include conducting consults and follow-up appointments, performing treadmill testing, and reading EKGs and echocardiograms. A medical assistant is assigned to support daily clinical operations throughout the coverage period. Board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases is required for consideration.
