Job Description & Requirements Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $135000.00 - $182000.00
An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is seeking a Cardiology NP or PA to join a growing outpatient cardiology program. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team within a true community hospital model serving rural and underserved populations throughout the region.
Position Highlights
100% outpatient cardiology No call responsibilities Flexible scheduling with 4-day workweek option Join a lean, highly collaborative cardiology team:
1 Cardiologist 1 dedicated PA
Strong APP autonomy with physician support AI scribe support + dedicated MA support (1:1 ratio) Focus on:
Cardiac follow-ups EKG interpretation Surgical clearance evaluations Chronic cardiovascular disease management
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting around $135K+ $135k - $182K+ based on experience $10K–$15K sign-on bonus $10K relocation assistance 34 days PTO year one CME allowance + licensure reimbursement Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plans available Candidate Requirements
NP or PA certification required 1–2+ years of Cardiology or Internal Medicine experience preferred Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting Strong communication and patient relationship skills Experience interpreting EKGs strongly preferred About the Organization
