This physician will join an employed physician group of over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a team-oriented & skilled Non-Invasive Cardiologist who is motivated to make a difference in their community. Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.

Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 49 Cardiologists, 4 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 7 Vascular Surgeons, and approximately 50 APPs.

Fully integrated advanced program offering all services with the exception of transplantation

Chest pain accreditation with 24/7 STEMI coverage, structural heart program, impella program, heart failure program, cardio-oncology, & pulmonary hypertension.

Based primarily at Community Hospital South with outreach at Schneck Community has partnered with Schneck Medical Center to provide cardiovascular services.


Licensure & Certification

American Board of Cardiology certification

Indiana medical license will be required

Desired requirements

Interest in growing an outpatient practice

Interest in advanced imaging would be a plus but not required

Welcome multidisciplinary approach to patient care

Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team

Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
