* Serve an extensive network across Southern Missouri and a dynamic five-state region
* Perform a full range of cardiac surgeries in state-of-the-art operating rooms, including one of the nation's best-equipped hybrid ORs
* Collaborate with a supportive network of heart and vascular specialists with a strong referral network, including 6 Interventional Cardiologists
* Maintain work-life balance with a set clinic schedule, blocked OR time and 1:3 Call Schedule
* Salary Guarantee of $960K with proven earning potential beyond $1M
* $50K recruitment incentives and $20K relocation stipend
