Caregiver-Full-Time & Part-Time

Caregiver Position

We're looking for experienced, compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home and community-based care. In this role, you'll support clients of all ages with daily living activities, health needs, and emotional well-beinghelping them maintain independence and dignity.

What You'll Do

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide medication reminders and support health routines
• Deliver specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory-related conditions
• Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
• Safely assist with transfers and mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts
• Monitor and document client condition, behavior, and progress
• Maintain strict confidentiality

What You Bring

• Experience in caregiving (home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or long-term care preferred)
• Background supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or specialized care needs
• Knowledge of dementia and memory care best practices
• Ability to safely assist with lifting and transfers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
