Caregiver Needed (All Shifts)

Caregiver Position at Synergy HomeCare of Whittier

SYNERGY HomeCare of Whittier is seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship, social engagement, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. We offer a supportive environment, flexible schedules, and competitive pay ($19.00 - $21.00) with direct deposit, paid orientation, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have HCA License and be Registered with the State of California
• Previous experience as a Caregiver or similar role preferred but not required
