Senior Helpers of Silver Spring is looking for compassionate, skilled caregivers who want more than just a job. This is your opportunity to build meaningful relationships, help seniors stay independent, and become someone they genuinely look forward to seeing.

What You'll Do

Youll do more than help with daily tasksyoull help seniors live safely, confidently, and independently at home.

As a caregiver, youll provide personalized support with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, medication reminders, and daily routines. Just as important, youll provide companionship, encouragement, and a familiar face clients can count on.

And well make sure you feel ready to succeed. From day one, youll receive hands-on orientation and skills training, plus specialized training for supporting clients living with dementia, Alzheimers, and Parkinsons.

You bring the heart. Well give you the training and support to make an impact.

What We're Looking For

Were seeking a compassionate and dependable professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Our ideal candidate will:

• Be certified CPR and first aid (or willingness to get certified)
• Have a recent tuberculosis (TB) test or chest X-ray
• Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently
• Manage schedules effectively while providing exceptional client-centered care
• Bring a caring, patient, and positive attitude to every client interaction

Preferred Qualification

• Hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license

Schedule & Pay

• Competitive pay ranging from $16/hour based on experience and qualifications
• Available shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and live-in assignments
