Caregivers

Reporting directly to the Staffing/Case Manager, provide non-medical, in-home care and assistance to clients to ensure their safety, comfort and well-being. Duties include assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene. Assist with meal preparation and feeding and support clients with routine daily activities. Provide companionship and observe clients' condition and behavior, reporting any changes or concerns to the Case Manager. Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment for clients.
