Key Responsibilities
- Processing Transactions: Accurately handling cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments, calculating totals, applying discounts, and processing refunds.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and resolving complaints.
- Cash Handling: Managing cash drawers, counting money, giving change, and balancing transactions at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Maintaining Checkout Area: Ensuring the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assisting with Other Duties: Restocking shelves, arranging displays, and helping with other tasks as needed.
