Job Title

Responsibilities:

Develops, maintains a service standard that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.

Counts all cash drawer currency prior to performing any cash transactions.

Issues fills and credits for table games/jackpots for Slot Department.

Cashes checks, processes markers for approved credit players upon proper identification.

Follows federal cash reporting requirements.

Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.

Knowledge of all promotions and events.

All other duties as assigned.

Environmental Working Conditions:

The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Target Salary:

Target Salary Range $15.50

Preferred: Able to work flexible shifts, Read, write, speak, and understand English, Respond to visual and aural cues, Previous cash handling experience preferred, Must be able to account for large sums of currency, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent customer service skills, High School graduate or equivalent, Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time, Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations, Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
