About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Catering Porter to join our team on a part-time weekday schedule with flexible hours. This role is essential to ensuring our events run smoothly, our clients receive exceptional service, and our equipment is handled with care from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Pack and organize catering equipment for daily orders
• Load and unload vans/trucks safely and efficiently
• Deliver catering orders to client locations with professionalism and great service
• Set up equipment at event sites as needed
• Pick up equipment and leftover items after events and return them to the facility
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, vehicles, and equipment
• Communicate with the operations team about order status or equipment needs
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures

Schedule

• Part-time
• Monday through Friday
• Flexible hours based on business needs and your availability

What We're Looking For

• Food service experience preferred (catering, restaurant, banquet, or similar)
• Valid Food Handler's Certification (preferred)
• Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
