Position 1: CDL-A Port Driver



Pay & Schedule

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM Start, $27.00/hour

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM Start, $30.00/hour

  • Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

  • 40-60 hours per week

  • Home Daily


Job Duties



As a Local Truck Driver, you will complete container moves between the port and local customer locations while maintaining safety and DOT compliance.


  • Local port and container deliveries

  • Multiple drayage moves daily

  • No-touch freight

  • Operate container chassis equipment

  • Operate EV and BEV tractors

  • Maintain accurate logs and inspections

  • Follow customer and port requirements


Requirements


  • Valid Class A CDL

  • Minimum 12 months recent CDL-A experience

  • Minimum 12 months recent port/container experience

  • Valid TWIC Card

  • Current DOT Medical Card

  • Safe driving record


This Local Truck Driver position is ideal for drivers with drayage, intermodal, harbor, or container hauling experience.



Position 2 & 3: CDL-A Yard Driver



First Shift


  • Monday-Friday

  • 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM

  • $26.00/hour


Second Shift


  • Monday-Friday

  • 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM

  • $28.00/hour


Job Duties



As a Local Truck Driver working in the yard, you will safely move trailers and containers throughout the facility while performing required inspections and safety checks.


  • Move trailers within the yard

  • Conduct yard safety checks

  • Complete tractor and trailer inspections

  • Work with dry van and container equipment

  • No-touch freight

  • Maintain a safe work environment


Requirements


  • Valid Class A CDL

  • Minimum 12 months CDL-A experience within the last 5 years

  • Minimum 6 months yard driver experience

  • Current DOT Medical Card

  • Safe Driving Record
