TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support Local operations in Scarborough, Maine. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.



CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
  
• Pay: $36.50 per hour/50-100 miles
  
• Route Type: day routes 15-20 stops
  
• Freight / Load Type: Freight of all kinds hauling doubles
  
• Handling: Heavy touch
  

CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A
  
• Experience: 1+ years of experience
  
• Must have the following at the time of interview: X and double/ triple endorsement
  
• Electronic logging device experience required
  
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
  
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  

CDL Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment on routes
  
• Transport parts in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
  
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
  
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
  
• Meet the physical demands of the role
