About the Position

We are seeking Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our team in Middlebury, IN. This position offers a pay rate of $28 per hour for 1st shift. Manual transmission and flatbed experience is required.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $28 per hour
  
• Home daily with local and regional routes
  
• Optional overnight runs available
  

Job Details

• Route Type: Local Delivery
  
• Freight: Flat aluminum stock, occasionally coils
  
• Equipment: Flatbed and Conestoga trailers
  
• Handling: Driver must strap or chain (no tarp)
  
• Local runs approximately 150 miles
  

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 2026 Kenworth 10-speed trucks
  
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods
  
• Maintain a clean motor vehicle record
  
• Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations
  

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
  
• Valid Class A CDL
  
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
  
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  
• Must be at least 21 years old
  
• Ability to operate flatbed and Conestoga equipment, and a manual transmission
