About the Position


TransForce is seeking a CDL A or B Driver to support local operations based in Leesburg, VA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.



Pay & Schedule Details



  • Schedule: 5 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Saturday, Home Daily

  • Pay: $281 per day ($1,690 weekly)



Job Details



  • Route Type: Local

  • Freight / Load Type: Flatbed

  • Equipment: Moffett

  • Handling: Light Touch



Key Responsibilities



  • Safely operate Flatbed with Moffett on local routes

  • Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

  • Perform required handling tasks including unloading with a Moffett at the delivery site

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a Moffett and putting the straps and equipment away



Minimum Requirements



  • License: CDL A / CDL B

  • Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

  • Endorsements: None

  • Equipment Experience: Flatbed / Moffett

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
