- Training Pay: $650/week for 4 - 6 weeks with a mentor
- After Upgrade: $1,000 - $1,400/week, depending on account
- First-Year Earnings: $50,000+
- Home Time: Every 2 to 3 weeks (some lanes home weekly)
- Freight: Mostly no-touch dry van live load/unload, preload, drop & hook
- Equipment: 2022 - 2025 tractors with modern safety/comfort features
