About the Position

We are currently seeking a CDL A Driver for a shuttle operation. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour, with additional premiums for evening and weekend shifts. The driver will operate between the plant in Kendallville, IN, and the warehouse in Columbia City, IN, primarily transporting marshmallows and caramels.

Pay & Schedule

• Base pay: $25 per hour
  
• Evening/Night Shift Premium: $1 for working after 3 PM
  
• Weekend Premium: $2 for working on Saturdays and Sundays
  
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm
  

Key Responsibilities

• Starting in Columbia City, transport products to Kendallville, IN, and back
  
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of freight
  
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
  
• Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
  

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
  
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
  
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  
• Valid CDL A license
