CDL A Regional Tanker Driver | $4,000 - $5,000 Biweekly | Rock Island, IL

TransForce is seeking a Regional CDL A Tanker Driver to support local operations based in Rock Island, IL.

About the Position

This position involves operating a tanker truck to haul catalyst chemicals to various facilities, including some government locations. The driver will be responsible for unloading the tanker and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $0.77 per mile, $33 on duty not driving, $30 per diem on nights out


• Schedule: Monday - Friday with a 4 am start time. Some home time throughout the week, home on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment


• Unload tanker with pump/hose


• Complete all paperwork, reports, and other documentation


• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience


• TWIC Card and X Endorsement required


• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)


• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
