AKHIRE is currently recruiting for the following position: CDL Class "A" Driver. Location: Anchorage, AK. Pay: $30 - $35 Per Hour + Mileage Incentives. Full time.
Position Summary for CDL Class "A" Driver: We are seeking a reliable CDL Class "A" Driver to operate tractor trailer routes within and some out of state and complete deliveries.
Key Responsibilities for CDL Class "A" Driver:
- Delivery of products on assigned routes
- Loading and Unloading
- Drive to various delivery locations, including commercial and industrial sites
- Follow all safety procedures, transportation of goods and handling materials
- Process all paperwork related to freight
- Inspect and maintain vehicles. Such as gas, oil, coolant, tires, lights and brakes to ensure proper working condition; perform minor vehicle maintenance, emergency repairs and cleaning.
Requirements for CDL Class "A" Driver:
- Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Previous tanker experience
- Drug screening and background check required for this position
- Hazmat Endorsement (other endorsements as required)
