An established, physician-owned private practice in Central Illinois is excited to welcome an additional urologist due to continued practice growth and significant patient demand. With nearly 60 years of service to the region, this independent, nontraditional multispecialty group combines the autonomy and earning potential of private practice with integrated clinical, administrative, and ancillary support. The incoming physician will join three urologists and several experienced urology-dedicated APPs in a highly productive, collegial environment. Experienced urologists can expect to step into immediate volume supported by a broad regional referral base, while new graduates will benefit from strong mentorship from the current partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a comprehensive general urology practice, clinical autonomy, and long-term ownership. Robotic experience or a strong interest in robotics would be especially attractive to the group but is not required.

Practice Highlights:
* Join three urologists and two experienced urology NPs, with plans to add a third NP as the practice continues to grow
* Partners work a four-day workweek
* Cover two Level II Trauma Centers, fully compensated, 1:4 call
* Access to da Vinci robotic technology and available robotic block time at both hospitals, including a da Vinci Xi platform
* Broad procedural capabilities, including robotic prostate and kidney surgery, Aquablation, GreenLight laser therapy, complex stone surgery, prosthetics, InterStim neuromodulation, bladder Botox, urodynamics, incontinence procedures, and urologic oncology
* Advanced technology includes the AQUABEAM robotic system, da Vinci robotics, GreenLight and holmium lasers, and extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy
* Highly experienced clinical and administrative staff supporting scheduling, billing, collections, and practice operations
* Substantial referral volume throughout Central Illinois, allowing an experienced physician to quickly establish a busy, productive practice
* Physician autonomy within an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment

Compensation and Partnership Information:
* Anticipated starting compensation in the 70th-75th percentile range, including employed guarantee and hospital call pay
* Partners have historically achieved compensation at the 99th percentile through clinical revenue and ancillary income
* Significant ancillary opportunities upon partnership, including an in-house laboratory, pathology and PCR testing, ASC ownership, investment in a physician-owned lithotripsy company, and exciting additional ventures currently in development!
* Ongoing payer contract renegotiations designed to further strengthen practice revenue
* Collaborative compensation model designed to encourage shared responsibility and eliminate internal competition for patients, referrals, procedures, or payer mix
