Medical Assistant (MA) - Specialty Medicine Clinic | Berwyn, PA

Full-time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity candidates must be open to converting to permanent staff

Pay rate up to $22/hour during contract period

Upon conversion to full-time staff, approximate pay rate is $21-$22/hour

Program: Local Contract Allied Health

Core shift hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Work hours may range between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM

Tuesdays have extended hours until 8:00 PM

The MA must remain until the physician has completed care for all patients flexibility to stay beyond the scheduled end time is required

Schedules are adjusted as needed in cases of shifts worked over 8 hours

The practice manager releases shift schedules one week in advance

Candidates should be able to commute to this location in 30 minutes or less; traffic is always a factor when commuting in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs

The Medical Assistant (MA) assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus

Supports the delivery of high-quality care

Shares a passion for patient and customer centered care

Assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets

Provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication

Minimum 18 months of CMA experience required

Previous Epic experience preferred

Candidates who need minimal training and are able to contribute to practice immediately are preferred
