Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers for residents, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols and nursing standards
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Certified Nurse Aide CNA Requirements:
- Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply!
