Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

Provide compassionate, high-quality, hands-on care while preserving residents' dignity and independence

Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies

Help create a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents

Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

A genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care
