Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long Term Care

Certified Nurse Assistant Long Term Care

Full-Time Evenings, 5 days a week, 37.5 hours per week. Every other weekend and holiday required.

Contracts must run through February/March end dates.

Requirements

• NYS NA Certification Required
• BLS (AHA or RQI certifications only)
• One (1) year of previous long-term care experience
• Must be licensed for at least one year

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the plan of care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including promptly answering call lights and alarms.
• Assist with the nutritional needs of residents in accordance with the plan of care.
• Support residents' rehabilitative needs, including exercises and mobility assistance.
• Report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial status to the charge nurse.
