We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in Savannah, GA. This is a full-time position offering 30 hours per week, including weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will bring both skill and heart to support the child's daily needs and overall well-being in a nurturing home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Support feeding routines, including preparation of meals or assistance with specialized feeding methods as directed.
- Monitor and document changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition, reporting updates promptly to the supervising nurse or family.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote health and safety.
- Engage the child in age-appropriate activities that encourage development and social interaction.
- Follow care plans and collaborate closely with family members and healthcare professionals.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Georgia CNA license in good standing.
- Minimum of 6 months of CNA or home care experience, preferably with pediatric patients.
- CPR and First Aid certification (current).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
