Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed

Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the healthcare team

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Promote a safe and healthy environment for clients, and support their independence and autonomy

1 year of experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
