Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with medication management and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with ease and care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client care
